The property is nice, but the staff is horrendous! The reception lady is disrespectful, has a really bad attitude and knows nothing about hospitality - The check in time was 2pm. The room got ready around 4.30 pm which is vvvvvv disappointing and when I told them that it's too late now they held me hostage by keeping my car keys with them as they demanded me to pay the full amount of the reservation. Pls pls pls avoid

On the first day, we provided both your rooms before our standard check-in time of 2:00 PM. On the second day, you made a new booking through Booking.com for a Cottage Suite. As per your request, you wished to move to an Executive Suite; however, that room type was not available until after 4:00 PM. We provided the Cottage Suite on time as per your confirmed booking and informed you about the waiting time for the Executive Suite you preferred. Regarding the advance payment, as per hotel policy, the room advance is collected upon arrival for every booking, regardless of the booking platform. The same process was followed with your earlier MMT reservation as well. We regret that this situation caused you inconvenience, but we assure you that our team did its best to accommodate your requests. We kindly request that incorrect allegations not be shared, as they can mislead other guests and do not reflect the actual service provided by our staff and hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Noura Chandigarh for a very special occasion—my fiancée’s birthday—and I must say, the experience was both memorable and heartwarming. We chose one of their cottage rooms, and it exceeded our expectations in both charm and comfort. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and came with a private balcony, offering a serene and cozy atmosphere—perfect for a romantic getaway. One of the most delightful surprises was the complimentary cake offered for the birthday celebration. It was a thoughtful touch that made the day even more special, and we are truly grateful to the team for that kind gesture. The room service staff was incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was impressive, and it added a personal touch to our stay that we really appreciated. The only downside we encountered was the repeated power cuts, which were a bit inconvenient. However, we hope this is something that can be resolved in the future, as the property has so much potential for hosting events like weddings and private celebrations. If this issue is addressed, I would not hesitate to consider Noura as a wedding venue—the location and ambiance are simply stunning. Overall, Noura Chandigarh gave us a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the cottage rooms to anyone looking for a peaceful, aesthetically pleasing stay. Worst Duty Manager I ever experienced in life

Very Disappointed with Duty Manager I’ve stayed at Noura before and loved it, but this time was a letdown. The current duty manager was the worst I’ve experienced—rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, he charged way more than one night’s price just for early check-in, which was totally unfair. The previous duty manager Mr. Anmol was amazing, but this visit was a disappointment. Management really needs to look into this.
