My stay at nivaasanaa bnb homestay was an unforgettable experience. The property is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the location is perfect for exploring kerala's many wonders. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a authentic and comfortable stay in wayanad.

Absolutely loved the stay at nivasna. Right from before checkin, the host rachna contacted to understand the reason for travel and see if she could help in anyway. The caretaker dell u is the heart of this place and is always there for you, whatever help you need or conversations you want to make. Id recommend the stay a 100% to anyone traveling and looking for a peaceful place to call home! if you’re a bigger group than 2, do book the surya room category for the extremely huge sit out they have!

familyWe stayed there for one night, but we seriously wish to have a longer stay. This place gives authentic south indian architecture home vibes. It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The property is located in very peaceful surroundings and the main market, restaurants, and food delivery are easily accessible. There are a few indoor games available at the property to have good family time and engage everyone. It was indeed a homely, peaceful, and very relaxing stay. The host and the caretaker were cooperative and friendly. Must recommend it for a stay with family.

coupleThey are playing with ppl there is no peprer cleaning. Outside food not allowed. In the shower gell have cockroaches getting bad smell. If check in early they are not allowed and they don't have restrooms for early coming ppl. It's a worst exp for me. No soaps and no dental kit nothing.

Thank you for writing the review. Please book the property after checking/ensuring the guidelines. We are not a hotel/resort category. Its a homestay and we have already mentioned the below in booking sites: 1. No outside food is allowed 2. We provide only shower gel and shampoo and hand wash without any charges. Nothing comes for free. Hence we do not provide other toiletries. 3. We do cleaning daily irrespective of guests are present or not. 4. Which property provides early check-in ? If rooms are vacant we do try to provide the option.Not always. Expectations are good. But all these requirements what you stated above, should have been checked by you before booking the property. Please do not blame property for not providing it. Humble request - Next time, kindly check all your necessary requirements before booking any property.
Nivaasana - a typical kerala vibe homestay
The stay at nivaasana was very soothing, especially with the welcoming & helpful host rachna. Right from the time we arrived, she guided us in detail with the places to visit in wayanad to giving us options to visit in the case curfew in the city, to coordinating with my sister and arranging the birthday cake for me. The homestay is centrally located in vythiri, making its accessible & safe to travel to any part of wayanad. The interiors of the homestay, gives you very kerala homely vibes. The rooms (i stayed in vayu) are little small for two people compared to the commercial hotels, but are clean & well-maintained. Due to our tight itinerary we were not able to avail the free breakfast, although they insisted to try. I would definitely plan another stay, next time i visit wayanad.

coupleThe homestay is quite peaceful. The owners stay next door and there is a caretaker who will be available to serve you. If you are looking for a peaceful place, i would highly recommend it. Had breakfast on both the days and it was great.

Excellent Stay
We had a 2 night stay here and the stay was a really comfortable. Breakfast served on both the days was delicious. The place is hygienic and there is ample space for parking. Felt like being in home. The host was extremely kind and took care of our stay in all the ways possible. Overall a wonderful experience, i would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Stay
My first ever stay in bed n breakfast place and i'm super glad that i chose nivaasana. Stayed here for 2 nights and it truly felt like home. It is beautiful kerala style house with clean, spacious rooms and balconies. This property is close to most of the tourist attractions in wayanad. Host rachna is very friendly and the care taker dell u served us with tasty home cooked food. They also have a decent parking space

Stay was really good and we reached there at early morning And we had kids with us but as a sign of care they allowed us to check in early that was really a good And also food and Chotu (worker) was also 😊 good

familyFound this gem of a place on my visit to wayanad with family and was extremely happy with the choice! rachna was amazing and she took care of every aspect. A gorgeous and lavishly spread bnb with only 3 rooms and adjacent common areas, she take great care. We loved the decor, the typical kerala style architecture and gorgeous design elements and the aesthetics of the place. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and refreshing. They serve breakfast complimentary and on both days we loved the delicious spread which is cooked by a chef from a well known resort nearby. Rachna is extremely friendly and helpful. She set our itinerary, lunch and dinner suggestions and every thing went absolutely perfect. The calm and serene environment of the bnb was definitely relaxing and we look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended when in wayanad.

The caretaker of this homestay is very helpful, kind and welcoming lady. She is ready to help at anytime with smiling faces. The property is well maintained and very comfortable. People don’t have to struggle to reach the property. Transportation facilities are very nearby and one can take a walk to reach there. Food is very hygienic

coupleUnprofessional & inconsiderate behaviour of the owner. Didn't have enough patience to let me charge my phone to produce aadhar card. Owner was being very impatient. Okayish rooms while breakfast was good. The entrance could have been better with proper cleanliness

Dear Bhushan, Any property if you choose to stay, before check-in and if you are 18 years and above - you should produce the ID proof. That's a mandate by government and since we are a licensed property , we cannot violate the rules for your silly reasons. You should carry your original ID proof. You should have asked for the check-in formalities before booking.
