The stay is at made of madgaon so it is easy to travel and even the bus stop is really very walkable distance so overall experience is good rooms are also good clean toilets are also good so yes with lift services also. Overall experience hotel and walls really good place to stay as a family also a couple but family for family it is good and i would recommend this hotel if you are staying in madgaon thank you

The worst place I have ever stayed in. Painting work was in progress still the property owner took booking. Pathetic experience. The caretakers didn't know booking details.

I enjoyed staying at this residency. The room is very clean and the cost is reasonable. The property owner is a humble person and the staff are good. The property is located in south goa and is accessible to most of the tourist places. I would recommend this residency to stay and enjoy the trip.

We stayed in nityanand with family. The stay was comfortable and place is very peaceful. If your looking for luxury, this is not the place.

Visited this location twice in recent years cleanliness - excellent, care taken regularly that no loopholes are left in this respect. Room comfort - very spacious, comfortable enough for 4 adults (with an extra bed. Staff and service quality hotel facilities (condition) - all the basic stuff required for a traveller is fulfilled. Location - located in a very peaceful area, 2 km from railway station, restaurants both pure veg and nonveg options available nearby. Dining - tea and coffee available all the time. Doesn't have in house cooking and serving options, but hotel offers food from nearest restaurants, and moreover swiggy delivers to this location so food is not at all an issue. And value for the money - 200 percent. At this rate, very much commendable, compared to other options. The best option in madgaon for accomodation. Highly cooperative and concerned owner. Has a very keen eye on the safety and well-being of fellow hotel customers while on their merry time in goa.

Good area for leaving near market also. But ther is problem they don't provide any pickup survice with paid or without paid. Ther os problems that no one knows the place is where come in goa. At madgone station. And no lunch or dinner service they have gave withe paid or without paying. Bad for this no good food we have serch near the place.

Our family had a wonderful stay at nityananda residency. Mr. Manoj was very helpful in arranging local transport and guidance for site seeing. Rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for families. Thanks anand

Found this on mmt. They have specious rooms and nice homely feel. Owner is also polite. No arguments no hidden charges

Room was pleasant and big. Safe place for married couple. Owner is friendly and provided necessary information for goa travela and provided food as per order.

I stayed there for only 2 days. Hotel owner was not helpful anymore. For one day he was not able to arrange food for us. Do not waste your money by staying in this hotel. Nothing is nearby from this hotel. One of the worst hotel treatment I ever get in this.

Central location spacious and clean well maintained boutique rooms excellent hospitality and value for money hotel.

Place is near to the Madgaon bus stand, beautiful place, very clean, owner was really nice, helpful.

Nice room good location and nicely managed

The location is close to Madgaon Station and at centre point of market area. Holy spirit church is close. The room stay is average. No facilities or recreation other than just room stay. Challenge of stay is to arrange for meals from outside everytime as they don't have in-house cook available to serve to even basic needs like tea or coffee. They have menu to order it from food from outside hotels.
