Facility was not top to the notch. The building is old & so do facilities. In the room we got the lights were not working properly, kettle was not working, flush in bathroom was not functioning properly. If u had to pay such a good amount only to sleep, then you would be satisfied.

Hotel staff is very cooperative. Rooms are okay, but bathroom is very dirty as very bad smell coming out from the duct despite cleaning. Air-condition is working perfectly alright. Location of hotel is very nice. Overall it is average hotel.

We have booked 2 rooms. We tried to contact the hotel but found that the numbers given are wrong. no hot water supply. Sleep was disturbed by mosquitoes. Restaurant and food were good.

Actually i can say service. I booked hotel from guruvayoor. I searched hotels nearby guruvayoor but while booking it was showing 1. 5km from guruvayoor and after booking only we came to know that it is 22km from guruvayoor. wrong information. We contacted hotel also but they said they received money but after confirmation service and wrong information .

businessThe worst stay experience of mine is this one. This hotel does not live up to the value. It is maintained very poorly. There is nobody there to serve the guests at the restaurant. The breakfast was pathetic.
