Nice and cozy stay with good food arrangements at a very affordable price.

I stayed at Nandan Guest House, Durgapur, from September 7th to 11th with a group of four. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When booking through MakeMyTrip, the room was listed as a 200 sq. ft. Super Deluxe with a city view. However, upon arrival, we were initially offered two separate rooms, each only about 120 sq. ft., and neither had a city view. When we expressed our concerns about the substandard rooms, the management then provided us only one room with two double beds for the four of us. This room was cramped and far from the spacious, pleasant accommodation that was advertised. The lack of transparency and discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, the stay at Nandan Guest House fell far short of expectations. I would caution future guests to clarify room details directly with the property before booking to avoid similar issues.

Excellent except bathroom entry having highrise steps(1ft) and TV having no/limited chennel selection

Need to give much attention in sanitation and hygiene.

Decent room comfortable for night stay, shared washrooms everything ok ok.

The room which we have seen at time of booking that room is not given to me.Different room allotted to me. Service is good. Food is good.

Location - good accomodation - good complimentary amenities - hanger missing, soap provided after asking. Behaviour - good. Food quality - average food availability - need to add more items.

Came in late night at 11 pm, extremely tired and drowsy. The room and clean! First time in weeks! And the receptionist was warm too, undertanding and corresponding on phone politely.

Hotel service was good, also staff members are cooperative
