Place was clean. Host was very supportive. Fans were not working properly. However, good ac. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Washbasin was leaking

Location is awesome. Hospitality is superb. Food is very delicious and fresh with authentic spices. Owner is kind and down to earth. Facility is touch to beach and sun shine and sun set is mesmerising to watch for kids and family. As complete beach is connected to different home stays beach is like private beach and over to it peace around nature is delightful and memorable experience.I have purchased Some spices from owner and it is very good when I am using it at home . Must visit Again.

Property was nice and clean. It was located at walking distance from beach. Breakfast was tasty. We loved it.

The property has given us accommodation and some other property which was far from the booked property. We had to walk long way to beach. Also, the road to the allotted property was narrow and difficult to drive there. I don't recommend this property.

It was good stay. Rooms are kept clean. Food is good. All the staff are coopertive. Over all it was good experience.

Location of nandi villa resort is very pleasant surrounding occupied with trees and it is located between murud beach and kashid beach, in a walkable distance also beach available, room is ok -in restaurant home made food available - owner takes care everything. Over all -tour experience is good.

It was terrible experience. Room was not cleaned found snails in the bathroom. Room looked liked not cleaned for ages. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty and stinking. Price range is also too higj

Stayed here during weekend. We were told we were shifted to another hotel which is hilltop (approx 900 m away from nandai. The people there are the reason i am giving 5 stars, they prepared us home made seafood for very less price. They room was quite big as well. 5 of us were able to sleep comfortably.

Location is good. Rooms are ok. But terrible food. If planning to book look for food arrangement at near by hotel or restaurant.

The property was not price value for money

The location of the property is good. Staff and host are helpful and courteous. Food is awesome and good for children. Finally i will say this is a home away from home.

The map location of the property is not correct and the caretaker is not able to assist in finding the same. I spent more than an hour going around the neighborhood, called the caretaker couple of times but wasted a lot of time and energy in this process. Ultimately after reaching the place i dropped the plan to stay and moved back without check-in.

Pleasant stay with homely atmosphere. Food service was really very good, only the concern was regarding room space, it was really very cunjusted.

The property was in a good location, it was near to the Beach. Reaching the property was very difficult. The room was very nice and comfortable. The whole property was neat and clean. The caretaker and the owner were very helpful and friendly. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The food was also very nice and healthy.
