No privacy, No proper terms and conditions, care taker is the additional guest you will be linving along. You will be sharing this place with care-taker and his family. Not at all worth it!

the villa has a fantastic aesthetic with goan bungalow vibes. it was in a great shape. very clean. the house help was good too. its just that we found meals expensive and breakfast very basic. but overall, it's a great villa with sea view. you want to stay here for more days than what you have booked.

familyHorrible experience, there was no privacy, host and care taker will constantly keep entering the property. The swimming pool was full of chlorine and chemicals because of which my son had skin issue and our clothes had horrible conditions. I strongly recommend not to go to this property.

Very good location. Friendly caretaker. Good ambience. Clean properly. Small but adequate swimming pool, suitable for 5 to 6 people. Costly but tasty food.
