Hotel is good but a bit costlier compared to the services provided. Even breakfast is not included in the hotel stay amount. The amount is only for hotel walking distance from kashid. Room facilities are okayish and not upto the amount paid for the hotel

Terrible Stay
I paid more than 3000 for book room but inside room tv is working and on the same price if i book directly then hotel will give ac rooms and towel also not given by hotel poor hotel managent

Price over charges as compared to hotel standard

Excellent Stay
A comfortable stay near the walkable distance from kashid beach. Atithi farmhouse is situated at bus stop. State transport buses stop at the hotel. Hence atithi farmhouse is best for middle class family coming to kashid beach via state transport bus.

Poor Stay
Was about to rate it terrible however that may not be fair. It's a clean place and has very good potential. The owner and staff is good and helpful however if they accept and work on feed back they can become excellent very quickly. The experience was bad due the following points - 1. The cost of the stay for two nights was inr (approx of inr per night) 2. At this cost per night the service provided was not at all value for money. 3. Room cleaning was not done even after asking to do it. 4. No water bottles, soaps, space for storing clothes (ex a cupboard etc) provided at the cost 5. Food in the restaurant was a a bit over priced as compared to the quantity and quality provided. (the sea food was fresh but the size and quantity provided was comprised) 6. No room cleaning done even after requesting for the same twice 7. Bed and linen material was not of great quality and did stink 8. Had booked for and was charged for three guests (2 adults + 1 child (9 yr old) however the bed, pillow and blankets provided was only sufficient for two adults. 9. Did screw up on the food ordered in room. Had asked for prawns masala and was given prawns koliwada 10. Check in time was for 1:00 pm but was made available after 20 25 mins even when we had reached the hotel by 1:25 pm overall i can say that they need to improve on the quality of service and work on cost. Management needs to take guests requests on a serious note and work on feedback not a value for money option as per me and totally disappointed on the cost charged for this deal and kind of service we got in return.

Very ordinary hotel. Not as shown in picture. Poor service. Rude behaviour. No one interested in customer needs. High voltrge fluctuations, not recommended at all.

Stay closest to kashid beach
The room was fine with clean bathroom working ac. Don't expect extraordinary furniture. Only problem i faced is the window curtains were not blocking light. Another problem is food at restaurant, it's expensive but not authenticate taste. Better explore food in nearby local stalls.

Their bed and pillow is like rock. Food is also not good, i had pomfret and chicken both are not good. Wi-fi don’t reach the room. No facility as such, it is just like hostel, they definitely need to upgrade their rooms and facilities offered

Not recommended
Rooms, Linens were dirty. Food is average. No options to have evening snacks. Breakfast menu very limited. Poor amenities. Not recommended for families.

Nice stay with family.
Very big rooms with a great backside balcony overlooking a banana farm. Good, odour free washrooms. Nice cafeteria, sufficient parking and very polite staff . Ample sun in all of the rooms. Best location for the beach. After around 50 meters, one can enter the beach and walk towards the shacks area. All in all, finding a good, family friendly and economical place near the beach is tough in Kashid. Atithi Farm Stay ticks most of the boxes.
