Review Of Mukteshwar Treat Resort

Hotel Staff and Caretaker are reluctant to cater customer who have booked hotel through online portal. They gave us the room which didn't had proper view from balcony, no fan and TV set-up box in given room. Upon enquiring about other room which had these amenities, they said it sold out. However upon request they gave us the another room. Food had limited vegetarian option only which they served in there restaurant. Overall the stay was pleasant, view was spectacular, had private car parking, close proximity to Mukhteshwar Dham Temple. Room Tariff is overpriced considering the amenities provided.

The resort's location is undoubtedly a highlight, offering scenic views and a serene atmosphere. However, the experience was let down by several factors. Food options: the breakfast spread was limited, and tea/coffee quality was average. Additionally, if only one room is booked, the food options become even more restricted, which was disappointing. Cleanliness: cleanliness in the rooms was below standard. The bedsheets, cushions, floormats, and footmats were not up to the mark, which detracted from the overall comfort. Accessibility: for those without a four-wheeler, returning to the resort before dark is essential for safety reasons, which can limit evening outings and plans. Overall, while the location is great, improvements in food quality, cleanliness, and accessibility (they don't have lift ) as all rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor so it is difficult for an elderly person to reach the rooms, so these are factors that need attention to enhance the guest experience. Ps- the staff was very helpful, manager and housekeeping.

Room was clean and view from balcony is amazing. Food and service are way too slow, like dinner took 2 hours to get delivered but the staff is friendly tho. Breakfast menu is also short ( small things like curd are chargeable. If you want clean room and great views then go for it but eat somewhere else.

My family had a very pleasant stay at Mukteshwar Treat Resort. Situated at an excellent location, view from the room was mind blowing. The panoramic view of mountain ranges from the balcony is really breath taking and the experience of clouds around while sitting on the balcony was amazing. The room was clean and well decorated and had all basic amenities. Our stay of two nights here was more enjoyable as the food was delicious with different menu on both days. Staff was prompt at service & polite and property manager Mr. Rastogi Ji was very supportive and made sure we had a comfortable stay and a good experience at this place. And yes, the place became Kids favourite as they spend most of our time at hotel around TT table 🙂 Thank you!

Pleasant stay, clean property & very helpful staff. Newly built hotel very peaceful surroundings. The distance to mahadev temple is 15mins and to nainital is 2hrs.
