Review Of Moonrise Resort

They didn't provide currect room. The hotel managers behaviour is very rude. They didn't provide proper room for last day of my stay. So, by force i need to comeback by 30th december. Overhaul the experience is very very bad.

The location of the hotel was really nice. Nice ambience. But the management and maintainance of the cottages were disheartening. The old cottages lack in maintainance. We booked 1- 4bed room, 1-3bed and 1-2 bed. But when we arrived at the resort they provided us with 3-4 bedded rooms, as the other rooms were not available. But it was not an upgradation. The two bedded rooms were more better than the 4 beds. Do not know about the 3 beds. There were no wardrobes in the room which i think is one of our necessity. The manager mr. Arun bose was not an approachable and cooperative person. But there was one service boy named chandra mahato, he was really very helpful. Each and everything in the room was undermaintained. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the morning. Overall the staying experience was not nice. But the location of the resort is really good. I can recommend for the location but definitely not for stay in the old cottages.

Behavior of staffs is very rude. They got irritated for doing room service, you have to bring food from kitchen to your room on your own. Behavior of manager and make my trip agent is very bad and disrespectful.
