Review Of Monarch Suites 1 BHK Pool Apartment

It's not so clean and no one is there to address the issues. No paste no brush provided, for family stay is not at all suggest able. The cost which is charged is too high and they showed the property in images are different than the actual stay. Lot of mosquitoes around room. No proper sleep. Bad experience and no refundable if you cancel it. Over all worst experience

Very good property. Rooms are very spacious and kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils and appliances. Well maintained and very neat and clean.

First of all, the location was not convenient. Secondly, there were only drunk guys, not suitable for family. Faced hygiene issues as well. The rooms were smelly. There was no toiletries provided. Not even a soap to wash hands. There were insects and mosquitoes. Overall, i felt very insecure to spend that night with my child.

This stay was very small. Pictures shared by owner does not match the room they gave. Not at all worth the price provided for 2 nights. Bathrooms slippery. No new bedspread used, blankets to use at night was not suitable for ac stay and no space to walk comfortably atleast. Worst stay ever experienced. No soaps provided. Check in time is 2pm, checkout at 10am. However when we had to check their staff visited the room informing that we need to check out early before 10 and no extra 5mins will be provided at the same time it was informed that we can check in early but no late checkout (which was not at all informed on call) 2pm to 10am is not even proper full day price that they are charging. As it is goa everyone who booze will obviously not get up so early so it should have been 12pm checkout if 2 pm is the checkin worst property with unmaintained swimming pool.

As bame suggested monarch 1 bhk pool apartment…but neither it was 1 bhk nor itvwas a suit …property room shows in pic was totally different….it was simple room with ac not working ….i booked it as 1 bhk apartment…but was totally disappointed …even they don’t apologises for it…there was no dinning area as shown in picture neither a kitchen…and they charge for it from me …

I had very experience staying at this property on march 1 2024. This is a home like stay in a apartment with little kitchen which includes oven, fridge, dishes and basic utensils. The room was very neat and clean and comfy bed. The staff is very polite and friendly. The swimming pool was also clean. I would definitely go again and recommend everyone.

Property was spacious. Things we found not upto mark were matrix was not proper, bedsheets were not clean properly.

The apartment was in a gated community and it's has shared pool which was neat but they have not give me a blanket the blanket which they have given seems like a curtain

I stayed at monarch suites in a studio apartment. The stay was very satisfying and nice. The caretaker was very polite and respectful. Nishant ji ( owner) is very nice and helped me a lot when i needed it. I would definitely recommend people visiting goa to stay here. The room was very tidy and clean. The vibe was very cozy and beautiful.

Worth of money nice and prime location good atmosphere pool is okay security is good but the xcept door lock problem no other issues and i love the balcony so much

The stay was really good. Mr sushant, who was the caretaker was a very good host. Overall the rooms were well maintained and clean.

The room was different from we have booked. No staff attended us till checkout. Very bad smell was coming from room and mini fridge. The kitchen setup is located exactly in front of toilet door

The property is not as per pics shown. They are jus misguiding the travellers around. The owner should show case the actual pictures of d property

Our 3 day stay was good in this studio apartment, where everything was hygienic and clean. The kitchen amenities helped us to cook for our toddler, which an advantage for us. It is also close to the beach and agonda fort. Worth every penny

Good vibe room and suitable for family or group. Room has tv and internet facility via wifi.
