I really enjoyed my recent stay at the property. The **location** was excellent—very convenient and easy to find. The **facilities** were clean and modern, making the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated the quality and variety of the **food** offered; the breakfast buffet was a highlight! Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at mmr. Hotel is only 2yrs old and as such has good appearance. Udupi palace in the same buiding adds to the conveniences and also is a very good place to eat. Hotel personnel are cordial and helpful. Location is convenient for access to transportation

I saw the tata sky was disconnected. I informed. They said it will start but never happened. I asked for a cab, they said ok. Next morning they said all cab busy today. Rooms were small. Dont book unless very necessary and u just need a stay overnight. There is a decent restaurant in the vicinity though so folding won't be a problem

A relaxing week end stay at mm r royal suites

Room was very clean and the service was good. Excellent value for money. Though limited space was available for parking, the staff managed to find us a parking slot everytime we reached there with our car. The restaurant in gf was also excellent and was very economical in pricing. Overall very satisfied and recommend to every one.

It was a pleasure staying at this brand new property, which is 10 minutes from svyasa. Mm r royal suites is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast is good. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
