Location of the property is excellent and service was also great as we reached little late in the midnight they welcome us with a smile and makes the check in process smooth. Rooms was great too clean and comfortable. Food was also good and overall must recommend place.

Property being in prominent location. Huge demand. TV & land line phone not working. The Frontdesk team took multiple reminders to address the issues. Breakfast is not so expected, and hot beverages are not served in hot. Not happy with the stay.

horrible experience..stained carpets , stinking rooms , couldn't sleep because of lound music playing in the banquet hall till 12.30 amm..I had to go to reception and ask to be checked out ..had to call room service three times for a bottle of water ..never again stepping into this place

Rooms are big but AC was not working properly. Earlier they use to give complimentary 2 500 mL mineral water bottles now they are not giving which is very sad 😢

Amenities & services are terrible. Bedding is not good. Bedsheets are stinky and bed are damaged.I paid for 3 people in 1 room. The extra bed was terrible condition. It was folded bed and it was in worst shape. Property is in terrible condition . Carpets, bedsheets are dirty and Thorne. They have full strains on pillow covers and bedsheets.Even now a days OYO properties are maintaining good hygiene.Property’s location is good.

Room, room service, bathrooms, hygeine, cleanliness, services for guests everything was perfect. I travelled from Hyd to Vja in my bike. Though there a slight hassle initially, the guards were helpful and let me park my bike indoors along with the cars. Very nice thing. Only issue was the service in the restaurant, esp the Minerva Coffee Shop (ground floor) part. The waiters are very very slow and barely understand ANY language. They have to confirm everything with their manager and take orders and serve quick. Came to Vijayawada in 2012 and had this issue of waiters being slow. Came in 2025 and it's still same. Other than that, perfect.
