Location of the property is excellent and service was also great as we reached little late in the midnight they welcome us with a smile and makes the check in process smooth. Rooms was great too clean and comfortable. Food was also good and overall must recommend place.

require major renovation
Location good. Food good. Amenities and property very run down and smelling- toilets, carpets all require major renovation.

Poor Stay
Property being in prominent location. Huge demand. TV & land line phone not working. The Frontdesk team took multiple reminders to address the issues. Breakfast is not so expected, and hot beverages are not served in hot. Not happy with the stay.

decent Room size , staff is Good , limited breakfast with min choices compare with Other Br s in HYd , mainteance is required as toilet washbasin is damaged , overall it is Good as expected

Terrible Stay
horrible experience..stained carpets , stinking rooms , couldn't sleep because of lound music playing in the banquet hall till 12.30 amm..I had to go to reception and ask to be checked out ..had to call room service three times for a bottle of water ..never again stepping into this place

Rooms are big but AC was not working properly. Earlier they use to give complimentary 2 500 mL mineral water bottles now they are not giving which is very sad 😢

poorly maintained
The place is poorly maintained. It used to be very good but now the blankets are not neat, washroom looks very untidy
