Terrible Experience
I booked this hotel online after seeing the beautiful photos, but the reality was completely opposite. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager’s behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
When I requested to see the three rooms I had already booked online, he said, “I’ll talk later,” and pointed to a dirty sofa in a dark corner, asking me to sit there until he called me. After waiting for some time with no response, I went back to the reception, and he insisted I sign first before seeing the rooms.
When I refused and demanded to see the rooms first, he reluctantly sent a staff member. The moment I saw the rooms, I was shocked — there was absolutely no match between the photos shown online and the real condition. The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained.
We had around 5–6 travel bags in our car. When I requested someone to help carry them to our fifth-floor room, the manager simply said, “No staff available, do it yourself.”
Even basic amenities like sealed mineral water, soap, and mosquito repellent were not provided. The “mineral water” they gave us was in an unsealed bottle, and when I pointed it out, the manager claimed, “It was sealed, you must have opened it.”
With two small children and my family, we had a really difficult time. It was one of the worst hotel experiences
