Not the proper service of malwade palace hotel. Also do not provide any amenities for the same. Very poor experience.

Need money back
My experience at this hotel was immensely disappointing. Despite my 3 pm arrival, my room was unavailable. Compounding my critique, i faced issues with a non-functional tv, absent room service, and a shocking lack of in-room telephone. As a backdrop to all this, the hotel's appearance itself was below par, failing to align with the impression given. Charging a lofty - for these inconveniences seems disingenuous and failed to match my expectations entirely.

Room was not clean and it was not like what is in the pictures. Bed sheets was dirty and too old
