My experience at this hotel was immensely disappointing. Despite my 3 pm arrival, my room was unavailable. Compounding my critique, i faced issues with a non-functional tv, absent room service, and a shocking lack of in-room telephone. As a backdrop to all this, the hotel's appearance itself was below par, failing to align with the impression given. Charging a lofty - for these inconveniences seems disingenuous and failed to match my expectations entirely.
