I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, with rusted fittings and stains everywhere. The floor and walls were not properly cleaned. The room condition was also bad, with exposed wires and poor maintenance. Basic facilities were missing – even an AC was not provided. The location was good and the stay was good but the room services and hygiene was not that much good due to old structure/interior and staff in winter session there’s not facilities for warm/hot water in the room we need to tell them and ask for hot water but overall its okay to stay in cheaper price for one night stay only
