Review Of Mayfair Hotel Rourkela

If you're looking for a luxury stay in Rourkela, then Mayfair hotel is probably the best bet. We enjoyed a comfortable 2-day stay there. Everything about the place is great, be it the location, the amenities, the decor, the food, but the hotel needs improvement in terms of hospitality and warmth. Except the front desk, the security staff and Debasmita Mahanta from the housekeeping team, others didn't seem to know how to smile!! We are not sure though whether this behaviour was for all guests, because the business travellers seemed to get a better treatment and more attention from the hotel staff. For this single reason I will not consider coming back to this hotel again. So, if you're travelling for business, you should definitely choose this hotel, else it's best to look for other options.

The room was average and all the taps were old but it was decent in decoration. Overall good but not worth the money as compared to your second hotel world cup village

My visit was frootful. It was a good experience to stay in mayfair hotel. Good location, best food facilities and nice staffs. I recommend to stay in hotel. Only trains moving noise we feel some times.

It was not upto the mark considering the stature of mayfair. Staff were very courteous, bathroom was really big and in excellent condition. However, some amenities could be added like a hair dryer. The room was ok. They could do with a sofa though. The food is pretty underwhelming in terms of taste - be it western, indian or chinese. The buffet spread during breakfast is really good. However, the rooms are infested with mosquitos and i had to share the room with a tiny mouse. Very unique experience but thanks, i am done staying here.

It's a city hotel. Located at the heart of rourkela. A bit cramped though. However they maintain the level of mayfair. A beautiful pool inside, a good library and a meeting lounge adds to its clamour. Recommended for a short stay
