I asked for a blanket because it was not in the room. whenever I called they ignored. very bad hotel staff customer service

Pathetic experience. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and I think I will not use MakeMy Trip ever again. You all are cheaters.

Behaviour of hotel maneger is not good,they told me to cancel the booking, room are not available,if you want ac room to pay cash amount in very rudely behaviour

I reached the hotel around 10 PM. There was no vacancy. At the reception counter one untrained boy was available. I told about my booking. surprisingly he was unknown. After 30 minutes they agreed and offered me a three beded room with a common toilet. I refused the offer and ultimately they arranged one room around 11 PM. my experience was quite disappointing. I suggest not to book this hotel at all.

बहुत दुखद, रात भर गर्मी से बेहाल, कूलर भी नहीं था, एक पंखा भी हवा नहीं दे रहा था। मिला। खाना भी घटिया। ऐसा कोई होटल नहीं है जहां इतने पैसे में अटैच बाथरूम न मिला हो लेकिन यहां शेयर में काम करना पड़ा।

Room not good and fan very slow run and very noise fan not good experience

It is the best hotel for me and prices on MakeMyTrip is very has possible they are giving most discounts on the booking of hotel and the service of matri hotel and banquet is also good health according to the water room service or etc overall it was good visit for me and good service for their hotel

Spacious rooms were there with good ventilation and a balcony which I personally love . The washrooms were clean and comfortable to access. At a good location and easily accessible in a quiet descent price

Average toilet are combine which is not good. Location is good near market. Staff are good and cooperative

Before confirming the booking I called them, they said they would come to receive but soon after booking, they denied to come to receive me. When I checked In, they gave me a room with noisy fan and noisy exhaust. No window. It was pathetic, being with a patient in that room was horrible. Bathroom was good, reception was pathetic. Big name, bad show. It was not good.

First of all they we not sure about later and all rooms were filled when i visited the hostel later luckily a room was vacant and there was not heater in bathroom so i had to take bath in cold shower in winters
