just room only on 4th story had to ask about water and towel not bed was fresh normal cleaning

the place is nice but staff behaviour is jot appropriate so it is difficult to stay but it's a average experience

Poor staff behaviour, wifi network not working, Tv not installed, some dirty oil patch on Table and bedsheet are little dirty

It was good but can be better in cleanliness like bucket provided was not clean.

Budget friendly, good room in 500 budget , staff were very polite , and service was also good

I want to say that this holiday hotel is located in Patna main city of Bihar, near the railway station. Also there is a famous temple of Lord Hanuman, Mahaveer Mandir. I liked the location very much.

dear ,it is highly recommended to unlist this hotel , it was horrible to stay there, this hotel is located in slum whereas locality is horrible, you can feel unsafe there, full of prostitution is there, I never expected from you when you are big brand for india, you should take immediate action and delist on immediate basis, I will write on social media also, your standard is being on doubt now,my relatives was in threat whole night,she couldn't sleep there, I had apologies her on my decision that I had chosen this type of property , I don't have any word to explain on her experience faced.

Got room on the 5th floor in mid summer, so it was hot as an oven. Other than that everything was fine.

The booking on make my trip is very convenient and stay at hotels is quite affordable and the description given by mm t is correct. I love booking hotels at make my trip. I have done it many times already. For my future tours and holidays i shall get the hotels and buses etc booked on make my trip only. Sometimes i get discount that is quite exciting

I booked one room for 3 adults but they provide only one double bed in which 2 adult can stay which is problematic.

This establishment is disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to trade as a hotel. PLEASE do not stay here for the following reasons: – The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them – Our room smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn’t work – There was no hot water and the bath taps fell off. I am ashamed that i stayed here and embarrassed that i blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!
