    The stay was very poor. in one room AC was not working. Another room shifting was done but bathroom had heavy water leakage so highly untidy. TV was not working in any room. Internet was not working. No employee takes responsibility

    HORRIBLE HOTEL LISTED BY MAKE MY TRI

    I checked in at 21:00 hrs, they have allotted me room at 23:00 hrs, they don't entertain the guest who book the hotel by third party. Horrible condition of the rooms, washroom,room full of dust,when I complain they send the cleaning staff after 1.5 hrs when I went to reception and ask for cleaning material so that I can clean myself, before that I called 5-6 times but just the excuse that staff is busy in catering service. And then we order food and water which didn't come till we check out. Apart from location nothing is good and it's a horrific experience. Make my trip is the one who need to blame because they didn't scrutinized beforehand and send the guest on their own. TAKING FEEDBACK DIDNT PAY MY TORTURE WHICH I FACE AT HOTEL.

    pathetic condition of hotel...looking very impressive from outside and lobby area but inside the hotel the rooms were dirty and walls were cracked from all side, old furniture style rooms with old amenities....terrible experience from this trip...not suggesting any one to book hotel rooms in it...

    I book my ticket from MMT so they provide me worst room in hotel on MMT site it was mentioned that breakfast is included but they not provide a single day even there owner speak rudely on I was in queue. I feel insulted

    It's not maintained at all ,bed,washroom, bed sheet, TV, inside room cleaning, room locking unit from inside. I think management has to drastically think for upgrade..

    I have not get the room which i booked, they said no room is available for now for kindly adjust till 12 pm then after we’ll change your room, so i stay in non ac room with no amenities. After my breakfast i went for my work and came back in evening, the room were not changed. - dirty washroom, no hand wash, soap or shampoo in washroom. -no blankets after i asked for the same they gave me dirty one. -dirty almirah where can’t put any cloths, no hangers -tv nor working because no addition socket. - no additional socket for mobile and laptop charging. Once socket which is far from bed. -no telephone to call reception or pantry. -dirty curtains -only one tube light in the room, no night ball nothing, one night ball is there but not working. -dirty chairs -asked for water from the morning but no one gives the same. -asked for extra charges for early check-in, but at the time of booking there was clearly mention that early check-in is the complimentary up to 6 hours.

    Worst hotel. I ordered and paid for 3 beds. They gave me 2 bed and i slept on sofa full night. They don't give mosquito coils, heavy mosquito. Bathroom fittings are broken. Toilet seat broken. Taps leakage and broken. No facility. The doors don't have locks. My room has no key and it was all time open. Worst ever experience.

    Worst hotel ever i have stayed in my life

    Worst service there is no key for rooms first 1 week it was like we used to wait for someone to come and some one will open the door then we asked to meet the housekeeping manager he never met i don’t k know why how much time it takes to make the key and many more like room isn’t clean properly they used dirty mop and smelly clothes staff are not professional and every one getting angry very easily and bathrooms are not clean properly and jet spray also not working overall very very bad and terrible experience strongly not recommend this hotel.

    The property didn't provide a single bottle of drinking water. The rooms are so shabby and lack maintenance. The room service is also nil and they don't listen. They didn't provide basic toiletries even. And in the night there is a very bad atmosphere which will make any family very uncomfortable.
