Review Of Mastiff Xanadu

Its a good place if you want a peaceful stay.. its far from the hustle and noises of mall road. Service was good. Staff was cooperative.

Road to this hotel is off road, food is average, staff is friendly, positive is that it is near hidimba temple

The highlight was that they allowed us to check-in early without any extra charges and the view from the room. There was 24 hours of hot water, good cleanliness and good quality food. All the staff there were well behaved. Overall we enjoyed our two days stay

We stayed as mastiff xanadu over the new year period. The hotel was fully booked and they had low staff. The rooms were good and modern, but service was poor. Food delivered in wrong rooms, plates not cleaned from the room even after 24 hrs, order for water bottles sometimes forgotten. I think with better staff, they can be a better hotel. Location is near to the hadimba temple, which is a great quite temple in the jungle. But there are not eating places in walking distance. You must have your own car to drop you after dinner. The road to the hotel is horrible, but that is managed by the innovas and tempos for himachal anyway.
