Terrible service and owner's behaviour, I booked a deluxe room with balcony but was instead given a ground floor room which Haven't been open for months. The room had disgusting linens, stained walls, leaky washroom and over all was poorly lit. I only spent a single night there and it felt like I had been living like a dirty peasant stricken with Plague. Never going back there amymore

The hotel did a double booking. Told us they didn't have any booking under my name. Left us on the street in the middle of the night. When we confronted them by showing the MMT app booking confirmation, they said they would return the money. However, we were left on the street in the middle of the night and couldn't find any hotel for another 3 hours. Make My Trip should take strong action against such ponzy hotels and compensate for the trouble I had to go through, otherwise I would have to be vocal about my nasty experience among my peers.
