property was nice but as soon as we checked in there was no electricity, I completely understand due to the weather conditions that was the reason but there was no proper power backup. whole night there was no electricity and we could not even charge our phones also with the backup because we were aloud to use one light only. in such a big property we were only allowed to use a single light as they gave no extra backup for microwave,tv,kettle. we had a baby as well travelling with us and at late night we could not even boil water . It was a terrible experience. No power backup, whole night got spoiled

It’s a beautiful villa. The road to this property is not developed yet, so be ready for a bumpy ride. The staff was responsive and catered to all our needs. No view from the villa though.

Terrible experience. Caretaker disposed off belongings without our consent. We lost items of more than inr 2000. Makemytrip should vet the caretakers before on-boarding them.

Location is good but villa was not cleaned no proper food service for staff was not cooperative very unprofessional behaviour food took around 2 hours place was not cleaned we asked for refund but host was very wont recommend this property to anyone.

It was a sheer wastage of money. We were three adults who traveled to this property for 1 day stay on 2nd september 2023. The road leading to this property is not constructed, we reached the property at around 1:30 pm and they have only one caretaker. He asked us to wait because the cleaning process was not done properly. When we entered the property it was stinking like anything. After waiting for an hour we checked in and the property was still stinking badly in the kitchenette area, the bed sheets were not clean in all the 3 bedrooms, there was nothing to eat, the air conditioners were not working properly. The property was located in the jlpl sanawar hills and it was so secluded that no indications were there in order to reach the property. The service was very poor, these people have hired only one caretaker for all your service needs which was practically not possible in a 3 bhk villa. No food, no snacks nothing, you have to carry your own stuff to survive. Very very bad experience, i would not recommend this property to anyone. Kindly beware.
