Poor Stay

I had a very disappointing stay at Map Residency, Shoranur. The room was old and poorly maintained, with a broken door lock handle and an unpleasant odor. Dinner service was extremely slow – I had to wait almost 30 minutes just for two chapathis – and the staff response was unprofessional throughout my stay. Overall, the property does not match the positive reviews I saw online, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not recommended.

It was a good stay, staffs behaviour is good and the room is clean and neat. Room service was also excellent. The rate is little bit high but it's worth a stay here. Bfood was not upto the mark but it's good can't say bad.

Nice location, all amenities are nearby - police station, taxi stand, auto stand, bus stand, shoranur manipal building etc. Good hospitality by the hotel staff as well

Very very poorly maintained property. The staffs not cooperative

Very very happy stay at this property. We have booked hotel with buffet breakfast. But no breakfast available and relented to refund the breakfast payment. I never recommend anybody to this property.

We selected this hotel based on the rating, even the photos appeared to be attractive but actually the room was not that good and clean. The towels provides were not clean, rooms were not what it should be in a 4-star hotel. We had booked a suite room but it was not worth it, we can say that it is just a normal deluxe room. It is not worth the money that they are charging. And the worst thing was the attitude of the staff, the person who brought things for us was a crooked fellow, he is a greedy person. I didn’t like his behaviour and that itself made me hate the hotel and our stay there. Please do not go for this hotel if you are looking for a good stay.
