The only good point is the location.Very close to the temple. Room is comfortable. Hot water available only early morning. Parking is underground and gets flooded during heavy rain. Positive: very near to the temple. Cons: not clean. Ac not working properly. (works only at 24 degrees. Cannot adjust. ) complained several times but no response. Toilet not clean. Flush not working. Bed linen not changed. So much dirt and stains. I was forced to buy bed spread from the near by shop. Tooo much mosquitos. Was not able to sleep. Room service not available. Not even have tea or coffee. When asked at reception, they gave me another hotel number.

Excellent location, two minutes from guruvayoor west nada, 5 minutes from bus stop and 15 minutes from mammiyoor temple. Walls had water damage bathroom sink not working sun facing room decent cleanliness one towel, glass, blanket, soap provided in a room charges for two.
