Very comfortable stay. Clean room. Hot water throughout including the wash basin. Very near to the temple, bus stand. Good food joints around.

The only good point is the location.Very close to the temple. Room is comfortable. Hot water available only early morning. Parking is underground and gets flooded during heavy rain. The rooms were clean and made available immediately on our arrival. Well behaved staff. A minute walking distance from west nada.

We had a good experience at balakrishna residency. Its proximity to guruvayur temple's west nada makes it an ideal choice for pilgrims. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Overall, it's a great option for those visiting the temple. We recommend it for its convenience, cleanliness, and good service.

Nice hotel. Good behaviour. Location near by the temple. Sufficient car parking facility. Excellent rooms.

Positive: very near to the temple. Cons: not clean. Ac not working properly. (works only at 24 degrees. Cannot adjust. ) complained several times but no response. Toilet not clean. Flush not working. Bed linen not changed. So much dirt and stains. I was forced to buy bed spread from the near by shop. Tooo much mosquitos. Was not able to sleep. Room service not available. Not even have tea or coffee. When asked at reception, they gave me another hotel number.

Hotel is good, but makemytrip charged me double price for the rooms, next time i will book directly all the hotels.

The hotel amenities are of poor quality. The staff was rude to us when we asked them about the quality.

It is a very convenient place to stay in guruvayur. Hotel is at walkable distance from temple, near west nada. Clean room, generator facility, parking, lift service and good customer service

very near to West nada. Food is not available in the hotel. Rooms are average in neatness. Washroom is having foul smell.

Hotel is located close to guruvayur temple & has a dormitory for drivers. Stay was great! however mm t is charging exorbitant compared to local pricing.

Excellent location, two minutes from guruvayoor west nada, 5 minutes from bus stop and 15 minutes from mammiyoor temple. Walls had water damage bathroom sink not working sun facing room decent cleanliness one towel, glass, blanket, soap provided in a room charges for two.

Bedsheet and blanket were dirty. Staff were okay. Bathroom was not very clean. Shower was not working properly

Truly unprofessional staffs, by identifying customers whereabouts they are trying to peep into ones personal matters.

Location is good and it’s a good budget hotel.

Due to covid they were short on staff but that does not mean facilities like drinking water not to be provided. Tv didnot had cable signal not one was asked whether anything is required. No soap or toiletries provided. Poor service in all
