The owner of the property was extremely rude and did not give me the room that i booked through the application instead offered me another room at additional charges. He misbehaved with my whole family. There was no provision of food as well even though while booking on the app there shows an option to book rooms including breakfast.

Very worst place to stay. Staff is very very rude. Nothing is clean and very worst condition of bathroom.

Not good overall management. Rooms are smaller than mentioned. With better management things could have been lot better with the place. Overpriced.

Dirty washrooms, with horrible sanitation. Unbelievable number of mosquitoes and the staff was not co-operating to make our stay liveable. We left within a day and found accommodation elsewhere- it was that horrible!

The room was spacious. Though there is no food arrangement, they arrange for tea/coffee. Overall a pleasant stay in budget.

Location was good and easily accessible. Rooms are neat and clean. Overall good and comfortable stay.

I recently spent two days at mangalam grand hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From cleanliness issues to maintenance problems, my stay left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, cleanliness was a significant concern during my stay. The room appeared to have been neglected with dirty dust in various corners. What bothered me the most was finding a bucket filled with stagnant water in the bathroom, which attracted a significant number of mosquitoes. This was not only unhygienic but also a major inconvenience as the mosquito presence made it difficult to rest or sleep peacefully. Another glaring issue was the condition of the room's door lock. It was not functioning properly, which raised security concerns and made me feel uneasy about leaving my belongings unattended in the room.
