The room was very neat and clean, this hotel had awesome location, every thing was nearby. Hotel staff was very polite.

the property is a fraud ....show false dates on the site and after the false booking there is no refund of the amount paid very irresponsible staff and management it's a scam

The bedsheets were extremely dirty and spotted. There was no handwash or soap to wash hands. No water to drink. It was just a room with no cleanliness and hygiene at all. Plus the owner was not responding as well

It was a terrible experience. It is an newly constructed property with few parts still under construction, so the whole time we had to face dust and noise. The host/owner did not provide proper landmarks to reach but it is still fairly moderate to find. location is good not the best though. Now the bad part. The room was extremely dirty. We stayed for 2 days and there was no cleaning service. We had to eventually buy new bed sheets, towel and pillow covers to survive. And I am not exaggerating. It was unhygienic. They also did not provide any toiletries, we had to buy everything, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, even handwash! It was still manageable. But it crossed the line when we had to buy our own water because there was no bottle provided. No reception facility, no service. It felt like a terrible Airbnb but without any bnb facility or a hotel facility. Maybe they can address these basic issues and it could be a decent stay in future. However, basis my experience I do not recommend this stay under any circumstances.

No toiletries were provided, blanket was dirty, towel was dirty, bathroom didn't had light, balcony was very dirty. No tv remote, no house keeping available.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent hotel booking at Shagun comfort stay omaxe lucknow, Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even the basic standards of hospitality. The issues i faced during my stay include: - stains on the bed - webs in the room - no water facilities - no security - no wifi - poor coordination and unresponsive owner - being given three separate flats in separate buildings these issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. I would appreciate a refund for my booking and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to resolve this issue. Room was good but cleanness was not upto mark. Bed sheet and cups etc not clean. No water bottle etc.

Room, linen towel bathroom was dirty. We had to move out to another property.

worst experience . No hot Water. dirty rooms. no staff to respond. once they handover you the key... you are all on your own. also makemytrip will also ignore your call.. because , make my trip also unable to contact the staff. dirty rooms, dirty linen dont know who is doing quality check before onboarding them.. also no drinking water.. nothing.. just a shed .. thats all
