Terrible Stay
worthless Property, No shower in washroom, flush is not working, Tap is also not working,,Bath tub is damaged, mattress is not king size ,cockroach is in the room, * The wardrobe was infested with termites.

my hotel stay was overall excellent room was clean washrooms are also cleaned. hotel staff was polite and humble and good in nature only one complaint I have Regarding the hotel that they have to improve the food quality. else the hotel stay was excellent

Pathetic Experience
The rooms are very old and non-maintained. Huge issue in AC as its hardly works in temperature like 45. They provide Open plastic water bottles ( refilled at the hotel) in all of their room. Not at all recommended

waste of money, that much amount they were charging for rooms that are not good enough, no toiletries have been provided, washrooms are not good not well cleaned, even in restaurant plates and spoons are not clean. hotels look good from outside but not good from inside

Dirty floor, Untidy, unhygienic. Poor management. Water sealing on walls. Water tap not working properly. Lazy staff, they did pick the call unit you call them twice.

Wrong room was given
We are not a different room, other than the one we booked for. We have gone for suite room and were provided with some low category room. Even after asking them for changing the room, they said that the room is not available and were not ready to cooperate also to Provide for some perks for compensation.
