nice very good service and good maintain.

the rooms r nothing like in photos. there was water leakage from taps which spilled to the floors n had to get a room change. rooms r really small. bedding were not changed when we checked in. spoke to the owner who said she could not help. no ventilation at all. something in the rooms, that all 5 of us got throat infection. I am down with fever due to the toxic atmosphere. all of kept coughing throughout our stay. the only positive was the courtesy of the staff. owner was very very rude.. property is not worth the price. probably 1000 per day. nothing more than that. Worst stay ever. Leaking pipeline. Flooded the room. No ventilation. Entire family down with throat infection. Kept coughing from the time we entered the rooms. Owner was not pleasant..

bad communication, faculty switchboard made me shift rooms, flush is stinky and low pressure. AC was not working. bed wasn't comfortable.

It wasn’t that great bcoz it’s very untidy and not well maintained.

To bad as not the same property. People are so bad there no is in reception. They provide dirty room with all things are so bad unclean washroom even in bed bug. Tv not working. Kettle is not there. Pillow cover stains and there is lot smelly drinks or smoke. Washroom is not safe losse wire is there. All over dust and smell ! and bad behavior of property worker !

For the rent we paid, the property is not that good.

It was definitely a great stay, the room was spacious clean reasonable for the price I paid and the best thing was the breakfast 🫶

The pictures shown the room was not the same. The door lock was not proper. I opted for with breakfast but the time shown on menu was 7:30am onward s but wasn’t available till 8:00am.

I had booked a non ac standard room for my parents. First and foremost the reception person didn't know english or any regional languages except for hindi, my parents doesn’t know it but we wished to ignore that. Next they took them to the room and made them check in, apparently the hotel people came in half an hour and told this is ac room but you have booked a non ac room so we need to shift you. Again we dint bother much and agreed to shift. In the newly shifted room the fan would only run in speed 5(maximum) and wasn’t able to reduce it, then i called the caretaker/owner and complained about this, we were told only non ac room you guys booked so we shifted, apparently the fan problem couldn’t be solved and my parents were again told to shift to the previous ac room since fan problem couldn’t be solved. Third check in for the day! the reason told was the actual receptionist was on leave so this unwarranted fiasco happened ) anyways the hotel staff were helpful and they did their best to help us. Overall a bad experience but the owner came next day and explained for what happened.
