Not recommended for women, couple, Family Traveller, Lacks privac
This property is a 3 bedroom flat wherein you got to share the stay with unknown people in a flat. While the flat is clean and well kept, you got to stay inside one bedroom, which is very small and congested. This property is not suitable for women travellers, family and couples since you do not know the people sharing the same flat with you. Moreover, there is a caretaker who also lives inside the same flat. I contacted as always denied any help to re-book a different property and I ended up losing the money. I didnt find any privacy for us as a couple as one room was occupied by a single man and the other by caretaker who again stays as a bachelor. I had to leave for a client meeting, after check in. I did not find it comfortable to leave my wife alone in an apartment where two unknown men strangers share the flat. I atleast hoped that either the property owner or team understand my issue. unfortunately, I decided to forego the money and re-booked another hotel room.

A Perfect Home Away from Home fo
We stayed at Luxe Serviced Apartments in Trivandrum as a family and had a truly wonderful experience. The property was amazing very clean, spacious, and located on the 9th floor, making it airy and well-ventilated. The bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The owner, Mr. Bhuvanesh, was extremely kind and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly for us. A special thanks to the caretaker, Mr. Karthik, whose service was outstanding – he took care of even the smallest needs, was always available, and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was good, neatly served, and the rooms were kept very tidy. The property also offers access to a gym and swimming pool, which was an added advantage. Parking was convenient, and the property’s close proximity to Technopark was an added advantage. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend Luxe Serviced Apartments to families looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay in Trivandrum.
