My experience was refreshing! the room was spotless, inviting, and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay feel more comfortable. Would definitely book again

It was a worst experience. There was only 1 staff along with the host, both the host and the staff were very rude and even tried to fight with us as they were all the time high because they were consuming ganja, alcohol etc illegal substances in the common area of the property. Washrooms had no water and other important facilities. Overall it was a very terrible experience.

I could not even stay there as there were kids creating chaos and noises and kids were of the care taker there and bathrooms were dirty and the room was pathetic

Very basic place which is definitely overpriced. Once you check in, they claim it's a self service villa but the description on mmt nowhere mentions that. By self service they mean you won't even get a bottle of water in the room and have to get your own bottle and go fill it from their kitchen which could be on a different floor. The cleanliness wasn't great and no amenities like tea, coffee, toiletries etc are available which one usually expects in a paid accommodation. The place is definitely not for families. Seems to be more suited for house parties.

The property is huge and makes you feel like at home away from home. You can request for home cooked food, the host is very friendly and helpful. The library has good collection of books, large living room with good couches and a big TV. One could use the washing machine if required. The property is situated in a calm locality and yet within 3 mins walking distance to the Global Foyer Mall. My overall experience was great.

Terrible experience. At first the room was not prepared for guest arrival. I have to especially request for everything like towels, soap, drinking water, and room cleaning etc. Mosquito plus cigarette rash all around in the room and bathroom. Most importantly, i have requested for mosquito repellent which was never provided to me. Said that, i need to attend important meeting in delhi the next day early in the morning which i already communicated in the evening. But when i woke up in the morning there was no water in the bathroom. I made multiple phone calls to the property owner, and it took 37 mins for water supply. Absolutely pathetic. As i was getting late so i went to delhi to attend my meetings on time without even taking a shower. Not recommended at all and it was my bad decision to choose this property based on previous ratings and comments. Not sure how authentic they are. Beware of this kind of hyped property listings.

Review: It was a pleasant experience. About the property: It is a self service stay. About the Host: Host was happily available to provide any help and amenities if required. On days we were late, the host did not create any trouble. Instead, was awake to make sure we came back safely and offered food in case we did not have dinner. Host was offered to upgrade us free of cost to another room in case we did not find something to our liking. About the room: We opted for the standard room. The Room was clean and had plenty of wardrobes. Considering I have trouble sleeping on a new mattress, the Bed and pillows here were comfortable to sleep in. AC was functioning properly.

The place was very nice and clean the owner was very chilled and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at luminay dynasty stay. The apartment was immaculate, a modern, and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was very responsive. The location was perfect for my needs, and i appreciated the amenities like wi-fi and the kitchen. Although my stay was only for a day, i felt right at home. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!
