An average room. Booked single room which was a bit congested but the room was well maintained except for the geyser. Initially I was assigned a room with non functional AC and surprisingly or annoyingly the staff was reluctant to move me to another room despite it being available. No wifi coverage in rooms, no food service except for late dinner and no kettle. But considering the non availability of other good options in Dharamnagar, it is still okay

familyThe rooms are ok, cleanliness is ok, food served is also ok and reasonably priced. But biggest problem is they serve food / tea only after 9. 30 am, and cannot serve dinner if not ordered by 6 pm. If you want even a cup of tea from 10. 30 am to 6. 00 pm, you will not get it. The property can try to improve upon this aspect.

As per room the tariff hotel is not good. They are not provided minimum courtesy also. They are not given even a small cup of mineral water as complimentary. Has electricity issues also. They charged a high rate for food but the food quality is also 3rd class. Not to say anything more

It was one of the worst hotels to have stayed in. The hotel had a stench smell and there were no parking facilities moreover the staff were rude.
