Hotel Seven Sister

Location is good. The restaurants, medicine shops, sweet shops are located nearby. The hotel is under construction. One window is not closed properly in our room. The outlaying system is very problematic in one of our rooms. The bed linens and rags are not fresh. Very poor, rude and indifferent behaviour of the manager. He doesn't know the basic manner to behave. He even expressed his disappointment when we came to this pre-booked hotel in a rainy day and wanted to stay! the large room which was chosen, not given due to a lots of rain water entered in the room. Very small room, no basic amenities, even not a bottle of water! the steep stairs with no railing problematic for old people. They arrange the car for going unakoti is only the good memory to cherish. A old man, try to give some basic services like carrying the luggages partially, arrange ing the hot water two times.

The service of the hotel and the behavior of the owner is very poor. Third class hotel

A/c rooms are very small no wardrobe no cleaning after entering till checkout, food quality is also not at all at par terrible experience

I didn't understand why it's cost is 1500+. Room was too small and no facilities available like food. Food only available on dinner time no lunch & in room 2 bad & 1 table covered whole room space. Their is not able to walk five step in this room. I will never prefer this hotel again s and not recommended anyone this hotel room cost is maximum 500-700.
