    No other staff was thar to attend except the owner themselves! they won’t ask for the id ‘s also! security issues thar also no staff to help for the luggage it’s on 3 rd floor also location is not lajpat nagar as shown in make my trip app. So horrible experience

    To start with elevator which takes you to 3rd floor did not have indicator functioning, moment you enter in the place you will see mess all arround, washroom taps and shower have tons of rust/ scale. Ac in room is noisey, almirah doors do not work. I have witnessed junk squandered every where.
