Average/Not good
a) Ac not working properly. b) Bathroom tab leaking water and unstable. c) The LPG gas was not working, we had to pay Rs 200 for it. d) Cockroach roaming around in kitchen and bedrooms. e) Most importent > Parking of car was at our risk, they don't allow to park car in hotel premises even though they have enough space in their parking. f) The caregiver was well behaved.

Terrible Stay
groupdirty and no support from reception. we are 4 people and they gave only 2 towels. wjen we asked for 2 towels they denied.

Terrible Stay
Bedrooms ac were not working so we have to sleep in hall on mattress. Contacted service associate they processed 1200 voucher. terrible experience and service. There was a strong smell of some dead animal in hall.

Unsafe and unprofessional
familyThe manager asked us in the evening if we were going out somewhere and we told him yes we are going out for dinner and then he said he has to do some repair work in the balcony and we humbly asked them not to do it in our absence since all our stuff was in the room and the manager said ok. Later we came back from dinner and saw that they carried out the repair work behind our back anyway. This is a very serious safety concern for us even though the manager seemed to have taken it for granted and was shameless and unapologetic. This was highly unsafe and unprofessional. I do-not recommend this place to anyone.

Good Stay
We were 7 colleagues who went for a staycation at this property. The property was centrally located and well furnished. Interiors were well done but the kitchen lacked basic utensils to warm food, though the microwave was working but there were not enough bowls to warm and serve food.

Don't go unless it's last option
Normal rooms only, third class service, wifi speed is also very poor, no packed water, no sanitary items as well. Totally waste of money. Please book any other apartment as there is no value of money.

Amazing stay
groupI planned my friend’s bachelorette party in this hotel. & it went very well as expected. The hospitality of the staff was good. I will definitely recommend this place.

Gate lock
They use to lock the main gate at 2 am till morming so that no one can go out and come inside. This was really very pathetic.

Very very bad
Firstly they did not provide the apartment that we had booked. We were given a location which was a wrong location. We kept searching for the new location for more than 45 minutes. When we reached the location there was construction going on on all three sides of the apartment building at 7:30 in the evening. They were apologetic and offered to move us to another location but we did not have the energy not the patience to move again hence we just moved to the crown plaza

Comfortable stay
Our host pankaj maurya was very nice and made it easy for us to check in and check out. All the facilities are made available at the property. If you are a group and want a comfortable stay you can always book this place. Super happy!

Best apartment stay ever
I visited the place for the first time. But omg will be visiting again n again. So reasonable price no crowd such a nice polite staff. No interference of staff. N so much space nice for party get together spacious and clean comfortable rooms n bed. It was a really nice experience. Sanitization was upto mark. Hats off to staff and other people who maintain property so nicely. We really enjoyed it. Must visit
