Excellent Stay
The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean. Akshay Sharma the manager was very helpful throughout the stay. I stayed for 3 nights and if I again come to Gurugram I will visit this hotel again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Poor Stay
There was a significant decrease in room size from when I had visited it in early 2024. This was a huge letdown, since the sole factor of choosing this hotel was its big rooms. Secondly, their behaviour was extremely unprofessional. During the breakfast buffet, my shirt had got stained as the milk jug was not fastened properly and it came loose. Subsequently, I gave the shirt to the hotel management to get it cleaned, with the assurance that I would receive it by that evening (my checkout was early morning the next day). Putting it succinctly, it was a huge ordeal to get my shirt back in the evening. They repeatedly ignored my requests to give the shirt back, and were uncooperative. Finally, when I did receive the shirt back, it was still dirty. They had not sent it for cleaning after all. Lastly, it's funny how they have provided a phone in the room when they have no intention of following up on the orders and requests that we put to reception/room service on the phone. As far as that goes, they don't even follow up on your requests even when you place them in person. I'm NOT going there again. poor and unconcerned management; not worth visiting

Worst experience
Despite booking for 4 people itself and after receiving confirmation I was denied entry into the hotel as they mentioned they didn’t have sufficient mattresses. They asked to pay additional 1000 rupees to accommodate that. Somehow, I agreed as it was very late, then next they mentioned the lifts are not working on the premises and we have been slotted room on 3rd floor. My father being aged couldn’t walk the stairs and we had to cancel it MMT really needs to blacklist this chain.

The property is really nice. The services are good and the property is neat and clean, staff is also helpful. However , AC is not working properly and was leaking.

“Great Experience Overall – A Healthier Breakfast Would Make It Perfect”
I stayed at this serviced apartment for 12 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything neat and tidy. The kitchen facilities were very convenient, including a functional gas stove, which made it easy for light cooking during the stay. The staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help, which added to the comfort of the stay. The breakfast served was tasty and filling — a great start to the day. However, I would suggest including at least one healthy option daily. While dishes like chole bhature are delicious, they aren’t ideal for those of us trying to eat light, especially when they’re repeated every few days. Overall, a highly satisfying stay and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and homely option.

Good property, but pathetic service
The property is good, but the service is PATHETIC. Let's start with check in, the reservation was for me and my son. While checking in, I was informed as I marked my son as a child, hence I will have to pay for his breakfast. As per law identification of a child below 18 years is not mandatory, yet they insisted for the same. Now F&B, they take 75 minutes to serve one portion tomato soup. They took 80 minutes to serve a portion Garlic bread & Mushroom Toasties and more surprisingly 2 hrs to serve one portion of Potato Wedges. Honestly, you can walk down to Bani Square which is just 800 meters from this place, have meal with multiple options and come back walking rather than waiting for this hotel to serve the food to you. The buffet breakfast is pretty average too. The best part of this place is its housekeeping. The place is immaculately clean and the housekeeping service is superfast.
