Ac is not good rooms are clean and neat but

breakfast wasn't available, cleanliness was average.

The stay was good, we had booked the poolside view cottages. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We are vegetarians so it was good to have a vegetarian only kitchen serving us, though the taste of a few dishes could improve (the paneer was of bad quality). The swimming pool is shared with a neighbouring property and it was found lacking proper maintenance. The surrounding is very beautiful and peaceful, we enjoyed a lot. The location on the banks of the river Tungabhadra is very special.

Overall stay at this resort was average. Resort was good,but service was very slow for breakfast time. N there was some issue with electricity. Rest overall experience was ok.

Air conditioning of 1 of the rooms wasn't working and when the staff was informed about it, they only thing they did was try to switch off and then on. They said they would get an electrician to fix it but no one turned up. When this was informed to the owner even he looked least interested and stopped answering my calls. When we wanted something we had to ask the employees multiple times for them to get it. When the air conditioning issue was discussed with the owner again, he said that he would get a refund arranged by 16th july, however haven't received anything yet and when i try to call him, he doesn't answer

Overall the experience was good, they should maintain the decorum of the place as when they mention no smoking area then why people are allowed to smoke and also the manager behavior is not good.
