Badly maintained, overhype and over charged. Hotel is about to be renovated and staff not equipped to handle any guests. Rather they said they get very less amount

Experience is average washroom was not clean and lights was very dim.

Worst experience till date. The hotel staff is extremely lost. The food is even worse. Don’t expect you will get the right meal for what you ordered. Also, unhygienic place with insects. Don’t plan stay here.

Inexperienced staff, some guests were playing music by the pool and our room was just opposite to the pool which made it difficult to sleep for both the nights we stayed. We complained but all in vain. They need to improve the hospitality and the staff. We were getting better hotels in the lower price but hard luck...

Recently visited on holi vacation, it was my 4th visit to Jim corbett. Resort is newly built and location is good. However, service and food was poor. People visit resort for getting relax. we noticed 3-4 lizard in the superior deluxe room. Both my kids and wife got scared..Upon complaint the response was very causual. Finally we instsisted to change the room and get it done. Food was not upto the mark, restaurant was full of insects and fly. Food was also overcharged for buffet. Buffet doesnot have the sweet dishes, and charge was 700 per plate. Balcony was full of dirt.... inspite have requested to clean the room they didn't do that.... Overall all its a below average stay and require lot of improvement and professionalism.
