Great stay, theres a in house kitchen aswell which serves good food. Washrooms are clean and maintained well and rooms are spacious.

To begin with, we were denied check-in at the reception initially, which was highly unprofessional and distressing. Once we were finally allowed in, we noticed there were no basic amenities provided — no towels, no drinking water, and the TV was not functioning. The AC also took almost an hour to get fixed after repeated follow-ups. Moreover, the washroom was in an extremely dirty condition. We tried to resolve these issues by repeatedly asking the staff to provide the necessary items and clean the room. Even after 3 hours and 6–7 follow-up calls, we did not receive proper service. The staff was not only unresponsive but also extremely unprofessional and rude. When we approached them politely, they rolled their eyes at us and showed complete lack of hospitality. Shockingly, when the receptionist asked one of the cleaners to clean our bathroom, the cleaner rudely refused right in front of us.

It is a very simple hotel.....there is nothing much in it.... The name is big but the view is small 🙂‍↕️

There was an issue with electricity, Ac was not working. Had to shift my room. Very few residents, the floor lobby was mostly dark, probably to save electricity costs. Rooms were of good size. Very limited food options for breakfast - I was only given choice of aloo parantha and sandwich. Seemed like their usual business is banquets, not souch retail guests. Would not recommend.

Ac not working properly so my room changed light cut for 30 minutes .without electricity in room for 30 minutes
