Hotel Super 7 - Near OP Jindal Global University

Got through make my trip, even tea is not available in the hotel Lots of drain water on roads, hotel filled with mosquitoes , not able to submit

Very bad service and the current is not working any time and very attitude i got stuck in the lift and no one responded very to the guest also i will not recommend super 7 vs villa is far better

Horrible experience! The place outside the hotel was full of sewage water. Could not even walk. The stench was unbearable. The hotel staff was not at all supportive. The took additional Rs. 500 from me as I wanted to bring in an additional guest. The guest did not turn up and the hotel refused to pay me back. Very rude staff. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

the place is good but the cleanliness can be a little better, they need to put a dustbin in the room for women’s hygiene. but overall its a good place to crash for the night

Lift waas not funtional most of the time. We found lizards in room. Property and guest handling can be much better.

service was top notch. the room was a little on the flimsy side with a not soo well working ac and dirty cupboards. the WC was fine working. food is the only thing to worry about with no kitchen on the premises. but a lot to order/ explore at the local cuisine.

Lacks service mindset, cleanliness, politeness, hygiene, responsiveness, and sense of secured feeling.

It was a fantastic place and had all the facilities that was required to stay.

The staff is very cooperative and understanding.

It's a bit awkward to come in and out of the hotel after rain as the whole street in front gets waterlogged. But staff are friendly and cooperative. Property is nice and clean too

The staff neeraj chandan and sunny were all too cool. The rooms were clean and tidy. Food was arranged from an authentic indian vegetarian food

The staff is very polite and helpful. Biggest plus point. The property is easy to find which makes it convenient for youngsters to go to.

First of all they were saying that there is no booking and even if you have booked we have not accepted it. Then they gave us non-ac rooms and they said if you book through mm t we will give only non-ac rooms to you.
