Excellent Stay

I had a wonderful stay at Case De Cancun. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing experience overall. The food included in the CP plan was delicious and nicely presented, and the service team ensured everything was taken care of promptly. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for a comfortable short stay. Overall, great hospitality and value for money — I would definitely recommend Case De Cancun to other travelers and look forward to staying here again.

Poor Stay

Basically the property is a wedding lawn or marriage hall with some rooms. We had booked it for 3 days as a hotel for stay, and the experience was below average. Once we checked in we were offered a room which didn’t had and window, however it was (upgraded) as they say and we got a room with balcony. But it was full of seepage and musty order. Room service was average, food was good.

This was the last available balcony room, and we had assured you that a room change would be arranged the next morning. As per our discussion, you mentioned that you were comfortable and preferred to continue in the same room. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was truly impressive — the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was also quite decent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
