The hospitality of the hotel was horrible. We treated there like a mess not as guest. Food was not good. Food was another thing, we didn't get a single drop of water after several follow ups. Than, we had to rush for water from another's house. Too much bad experiences we had. If I am going to write those than it will be turn in an essay. So, I am suggesting you not to plan any stay at Lazum Homestay. Now, it's our turn to return back them.

Thanks for your feedback sir and very sorry for the inconvenience as you mentioned. This is the first negative feedback we have received for our services. However, we take personal care of all our guest comes to stay in Lazum. Our hosts get always ready giving their best services as per the guest requirement. Every guest mentioned their names especially for their prompt services. For food we serve the best quality food to our guest. You can check previous reviews. Our toilets are clean and always in working condition, so there should not be any water issue. For drinking water they give either jug or packaged bottle as per guest requirement. Lastly, I don't understand the line now, it's our turn to return back them. What does it mean. If you felt bad we are sorry but 99% people admired us for our service. As per Homestay's report you all spoiled our rooms by vomiting after having alcohol. Our girls were waiting with food for Long but you spoiled all food on regular basis. You have denied paying the driver payment what you booked and lastly you have taken away our towels from the rooms.
