Stay at Laya Regency was really good. Rooms are well maintained clean and spacious too. Room service is good and we had complementary breakfast which was really commendable. They have good parking space and staffs are helpful.

It’s a fairly clean hotel with basic amenities. There is no restaurant but the staff will buy food from nearby restaurants and serve the food with their crockery and cutlery. So it was ok. Looks like they arrange breakfast from outside and serve it as a buffet in their restaurant area. Breakfast is quite limited but sufficient.

Poor house keeping service. Did not make the room. Poor lenin quality in room. Towels had yellow ting. Breakfast spread is very limited and very average taste- just 3 items. No bottled water available during breakfast. Breakfast is available only after 7. 30am which is too late in a temple town where every body leaves to visit temple by 7 am.

familyWe visited mayiladuturai for seeing some of our ancestral temples, and we needed a minimum standard with regards to bathroom and room comforts. I'm happy to say that both of these met the high standards of my adult daughters and wife traveling with me. Also, the overall service provided by the hotel staff is excellent - this includes room service/beverages provided. I would highly recommend this hotel for out-of-towners, especially for folks from outside india.

the stay was extremely comfortable, everything was assisted along the way. there was no compromise on anything of any sorts. there's a Really old and big Shivan temple just opposite to laya, do visit it if you can! the room, restroom, transport facilities, everything was good.

familyI had stayed in the same place about a year ago, when it was newly opened. The points are 1. Maintenance and cleaning is not good. 2. The place still has no restaurant. Gets very limited breakfast from outside.

The room was good and basic amenities provided, sufficient car parking is available. It is very near to the temple, so it is best for people visiting the temple. No restaurant available, which is not good for people staying with kids and elderly. Pricing is a bit costly compared to other hotels near by. I recommend this hotel

Location is very good. Very close to the mayuranathar temple. Rooms are near, well maintained. Staff are cordial. The have a cab service attached to the hotel. The cabs are good and are available in various capacities depending on the need of the guests. The cabs service is also good and is reasonably priced. Overall, the stay experience is very good.

The rooms were neat and clean, all facilities are good but this cannot be categorized as a 3 star hotel. The parking is very limited compared the no of rooms. Many cars were parked outside on the roadside. For a hotel to be rated as 3 star, they should be having good parking facilities in proportion to the no of rooms.
