Hotel Vaigai

Location was center of the town but in a narrow by lane. Limited parking space. No restaurant. The staff was courteous and the renovated rooms were also OK. Broken bucket in the bathroom. No hot water inspite of complaining. Not worth Rs. 3500/ per night without breakfast.

Good stay but room can be little big

We had booked a room for three of us. My dad, mom who were senior citizens and my self. there was no additional cot provided. Only a mattress was given. My dad who is 85 years slept on the mattress over the floor. I was charged for three person occupancy. The hotel staff also did not respond properly. I won't suggest any one for this hotel through make my trip. I think the fault lies with make my trip primarily since they took the booking without ascertaining the facts.

The listed amenities are provided. But one of the room's TV set top box wasn't working and we missed an IPL match that night...

Approach to hotel not good not worth for money

Situated in the heart of city, you will have easy access to town and a nearby restaurant Anandha Bhavan serves good meal. The room first assigned was stinking in the toilet and the floor was soap wet & slippery. We got another room on request, but the toilet still remained slippery. No hot water for a morning shower by 8am. Towels and Blanket were old and not clean. The room had no proper ventilation. They had keyless door options installed as advertised, but continued using regular latch and key. There is enough parking space inside for 8-10 cars. However it is very very difficult to get to the property through the narrow & crowded roads. Price is relatively high for the services and convenience provided.

The staff were courteous all the time and it was a relief.  The room is reasonably large enough for the price. They had keyless door options installed as advertised, but continued using regular latch and key.

The hotel is located at the heart of the town with adequate parking. The room was neat and well furnished. The service personnel were courteous and well behaved.

I stayed with my brother and sister to visit temples around this place. The location and service were good. But very expensive as make my trip has charged rs. 3000 for which a direct booking would have costed me only 2000.

Room and toilet are very clean. Only tv is not working. Air-condition is very good. Smooth checkin and check-out. Office boy gopi very arrogant

The premium rooms were the only nice ones. They had ac, 24/7 hot water supply and the maintenance was good

There is a road construction because of which it took us a long time to reach the hotel from a back door entry.

Rooms and all very clean, but only the problem is car parking, struggled a lot to bring the car in that area.

The behaviour of the reception staff was arrogant when reached the room assigned it was uncleaned room with liquor bottles then they assigned other room which was stinking in the bathroom when asked for hot water which didn't come in first place then had to use cold water when called the reception he answered the ph and said he will send someone and no one came when called again he had kept the receiver off horrible experience it's pure waste of money paid 2850

On the positive side, the room was very large and staff helpful. The bathroom was old and dirty. The towels were very old.

Room is neat and new one. But size is very small compared with cost. Also washroom to be provided with room spray as too much toilet smell inside wash room
