Hotel Silver Bay

One of the worst property, never ever seen like this..

Very worst, No telephone faciality No Wi-Fi facility worst smell bathroom not clear there is heavy mosquitoes and bedbugs cost charging high but no quality no proper room service water bad smelling next time don't book in hotel silver bay

Stayed for one night. Room was clean and good. But for extra person only mattress was given and laid on the floor. Little inconvenient for elderly person to use that extra bed.

I and my wife had an opportunity to stay at silver Bay Cuddalore on 22 May25 thru MMTP. Positive point The room allotted to us in the first floor, is a big, neat and clean, comfortable for two people. Very nearer to Silver Beach. Negative point The manager could not be contacted for informing my late arrival. WASTED LOT OF TIME IN CONTACTING MMTP. Being old, felt difficulty reaching the I floor room, as the stairs were steep. The towel was supplied upon request only. No restaurant available, complementary breakfast was ordered from outside. Not worth. Although the hotel has been widely reviewed on online, but lacks comfort and service for staying The tariff of rupees is too high and not just justified. REQUEST YOU TO CHECK UP OTHER HOTELS BEFORE BOOKING THIS.

Good neat and clean room. Bed quality needs to improve. But it can be manageable. Location is good. Near the sea.

Average stay. Not a spacious room. For 1 night stay it is ok. No room service as we checked in at 9pm only. Morning breakfast was good. 1km from beach so we can have a morning walk. There is no in built restaurant and also no good restaurant near by. You have mall near by 1km, where you mcdonald's and pizza-hut etc. Overall a average stay.

Nice place to stay with family nice staffs and locations is calm. Easily reach the locations. Good place.

We stayed in this place and the staffs are good for a late checkin. Morning breakfast was good and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The view of the renovated and newly built rooms was facing the backwater channel and sea. Front office and kitchen staff was very helpful and we could get fresh sea food (prawns and fish fry)

Stayed for 1 night. Newly renovated place with spacious rooms and very nearby to silver beach. Helpful staff and good homely breakfast.

Hotel is under renovation. There is no complimentary break fast. No hotels near by. Worst hospitality. Not worth for the money.

Comfortable stay, staffs very cooperative

This hotel is under renovation and the maintenance is extremely bad. It was spacious but bad maintenance there is spider webs n dust in the tables were breakfast fast is served. The floors were not mobbed in the walking space and had stains of sambars. Room window was full of dirt n mud covers. Washroom was big but not cleaned properly. Toilet flush was broken. I paid a hepty price to receive such a poor experience and i went with my parents n child. They are going to lease the site and hence it is under renovation. Stay : 11 mar '23

Hotel smells, don’t go with the images

it's 22 km far from pondicherry . it is just near by Coodle Beach, Tamil Nadu. No food availability in this hotel but staying has no issue. good stay and service in less price.

1. Mosquitoes attack. Though repellent was available, mosquitoes had upper hand. 2 health wash was not working, used mug water. Remembered my kid days. 3. Shower was not working.

My stay was totally worse. 1. No hygienic. No cleaning inside the hotel n rooms for days together. No maintenance. 2. Worst room maintenance. 3 no water management. 4 worst staff management. No response from the staff 5 not worth for the rent paid. 6. Ac is not working properly 7 no power back up 8. Wash rooms not cleaned n worst maintenance. 9. Open electrical point, no safety. 10the hotel looks like a goodown the issues are not limited to the above, makemytrip will loose reputation by recommending the hotels.

The stay was excellent and the rooms were spacious. The location was easily accessible and it's a very pleasant stay. They even have a complimentary breakfast. Over an excellent and peaceful stay

Service was nice but only thing, in this covid time no one was staying in this hotel i was the only one staff was nice and helped a lot
