Review Of Landmark Woods Resort (100 mt. from Rhino view point)

No Water, no Electricity, no one to take Calls on 01/10. Dinner Orders incorrectly served on 01/10. Manager refused to surface inspite of repeated requests. Some of the Food Items r exorbitantly priced.

The ambience, food, location and staff. 10/10 Intercom doesn't work, and limited food options for veg.

Food is okay Location is excellent Facilities is poor due to outdated fittings Some staffs are very good Alcoholic drinks are too pricey and made bill more than what I had, but I let it go as the owner is my neighbour and staff was a local guy

Location was excellent. Food was simple and good. Amenities could have been better. Services were ok.

Got very poor experienced. No safety in rooms due to damage of lock and doors. You had taken money for luxury rooms but provided rooms were not luxury. No option of card payment. But one thing found good of staffs behaviours. You have no option of attaching photos. Our room nos were 220 and 221. Please do not charges large amount of money for such type of poor quality rooms without inspection.

The swimming pool is non functional. Why are guests taken for a ride by mentioning the existence of pool, in the list of amenities provided by the hotel. Other amenities, as mentioned - cycle ride, fishing etc are not available. The ac was tripping all the time, the intercom was non functional. At night during grid failure, the back up genset was run after a gap of half an hour. Otherwise staffs are quite co-operative.

Excellent property, very memorable experience. All food items had perfect taste, spice levels, and of course, hotel staff ensured service of the highest quality ! the overall decor, ambience and the surroundings are too good. The management has curated the property very well to give the best experience in the woods. Thanks to the team - bikash, jiten and pobitro. We are sure to visit again !

Total disappointment stay at the hotel, not at all good. Swimming pool not working. All rooms were twin bed. Reception people not at all cooperative

Location was great and hotel space also good my children was very happy for stay but some restaurant services require to some improvement and also some extra staff require

Dirty smell in blanket and room breakfast is not good and service is very slow and in room noise r coming from another part

This property is located amid-st nature. Surrounded by lush green and is pollution free atmosphere, a very nice place to stay for two nights. Resort staffs are very nice & co operative. The food in the restaurant is awesome.

I regret very much that though discount on axis bank credit card was displayed i didn't get any discount. Please look into this as this amounts to cheating. Thanks and looking forward to an early response from your end.

A well designed beautifully located resort with good facilities for family tourists. Limited food options are acceptable for short duration stay at kaziranga. Doing up furniture and furnishings would greatly improve the overall ambience

A good location for tourists in shillong. Housekeeping staff are deficient causing inefficient maintenance. Food quality was good vehicle parking and approach by bigger. Vehicles like tempo traveller restricted due to police orders so major irritation

The property was butiful and location was wonderful, but food needs a lot of improvement, rooms are not cozy. Needs a lot of maintenance. Tv never worked. Swimming pool was out of order.

"horrible stay with terrible staff" i had a stay at this landmark woods on 5th of nova 2022. The total property is in urgent need of mentainance particularly the washrooms and every thing in it. Secondly the staff is too much casual about every thing they do and equally very irresponsible. When i ordered food, the captain just kept three plates in one corner of the table and the food in another and then vanished and appeared almost after two hrs in my room to take sign on the bill. In between i literally had to leave my table thrice to get salt, salad etc. The food n breakfast is below average and the staff in the restaurant are not at all trained for the job they are being doing. Restaurant ambience is poor and all the staff member were busy in talking to each other and no one had any concerned about for what they are being hired. Then came the worst part of that horrible stay. A group of middle aged tourist 6-8 in number were enjoying there drinks and food in the lon (adjacent to the side of the hotel where all the rooms are having windows ) and we're provided with dj system which continued almost till 1 pm. I had a feeling like i am staying in a marriage hall. Nothing was done in this regards even after requesting the manager in person number of times. Even a simple step of reducing the sound was enough, but the management, the tourists and the dj system all were equally insensitive. I would never suggest anybody booking stay in this property. If you keep throwing money every now n then during your stay then only you might get a little bit of attention.
