I book a double room for my family accommodating 3 person but when we arrived at around 5:30 pm they said that double room is not available and then allotted us 2 single rooms which means they had given our room to someone else. After my mom argued with the staff there , they arranged a double bed room for us. 20 mints later they gave us the room. Also there was no drinking warer in the filter when i got up to drink water at night.

I had gone tezpur to cover the tezpur mahila samiti a over a century women's organisation. Who continue to empower women and also their children. My stay at the hotel was very good. They were very hospitable and i had a good experience there. Besides the shopping in the building was wonderful.

This hotel is not suitable from all sides. Employee behaviour is not good. There are no facilities to be available here. The parking system is very bad. There is no private parking. Vehicles have to be parked by the side of the road. Don't clean up in time. There are no good bedding facilities. Tv does not have access. In a word it is not exactly a hotel from all sides.
