Kanoka Village Resort

Overall the stay was quite good.. The activities like fishing ,table tennis, basket ball were quite interesting. However the food section need improvement. The food were not that great as per price point

STAY WAS VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE WAS VERY VERY POOR FOOD WERE ROTTEN STAFF WERE NOT TRAINED THEY DOES NOT HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS..AFTER 10 PM IN SUMMER DAYS YOU CAN'T TALK OR SEAT IN A GROUP OUTSIDE YOUR COTTAGE . IT SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE NOT IN A WEEKEND VACATION YOU ARE IN SOME SORT OF TRAINING SESSION

It was a great experience at Kanoka. The food, property, location, the way they maintained it was amazing. What made it a great place to visit n stay are the staff and their behaviour. They guided and tried to eagerly. I loved this place and will visit again.

The resort area is good, big and large, full green nature vibes. Room is small as compared to price. I personally did not like the Assamese thali available, high price and lack of taste. But other dishes were quite Good. Good thing various activities were there. Overall experience is average and one time stay is possible.

Excellent resort staff behaviour are excellent. Very good places for family nice environment. Lots of activities to do specially for kids ............

Our stay at Kanoka village resort was good. Area was big with tea gardens around and many places to spend your time. Lots of activities are there. Restaurant is beautiful and the food was good. Cottages are beautiful with tea garden view. Overall it was a nice stay

Good place to stay with kids. My kids played in kids playing area and in water in the near by river. Food quality was very good. But, overall hospitality needs to be improved.

Excellent hospitality. Well behaviour of all the staff. Peaceful environment. Only need tv in the room.

The property is beautiful! Kids will love running around the place. There is a badminton court and a pool.however the breakfast did not have variety. Also they charged us for requesting glass for the drinks as we carried our own alcohol which was absolutely ridiculous.

It’s an amazing place amidst nature . The atmosphere of this place gives a good vibe. Well behaved and courteous staff, food was good. Lot of activities for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place and would love to revisit soon.

Hygiene and clean is very poor, house keeping service is also bad, lown is full of long grass, but restaurant is good, tasty food, kids play instruments are very dirty.

Food was good but the service was horrible. I have ordered a bottle of water and it comes after 1. 30 hour. And what ever we have ordered it comes after 1hour. N the place was horrible.

There is very poor management and service is very poor you are requested to check all the terms and conditions over phone before going here. The food is not good,

Although my overall experience in this resort is good but i want to highlight few things which could be improved. First the quality of the food really disappointed me. Most of the food items are very spicy. Second the resort need to be cleaned specially in rainy season. Often seen snacks are roaming within the campus that makes it a bit unsafe for kids.

One of the best resort in sonitpur area, surrounded by tea garden,rice fields and pure vibe of a rural area with a modern touch of the resort, best for family and friends for a stay in the weekend at the resort!!!
