Dear Customer,
We deeply regret the inconvenience you have claimed to have faced during your stay. However, we would like to take this opportunity to address several false allegations and clarify the situation.
Firstly, the room allotted to you was in accordance with the category you had booked, which was for 2 guests. As you requested, an additional bed was provided for a third person, and the extra charge was accordingly applied. Regarding the issue of the leaking toilet, this was thoroughly investigated by two of our managers and a professional plumber. There was no evidence of any leakage; the water you observed on the floor was due to your usage of the toilet, which resulted in spillage. Furthermore, you refused to allow our team to take pictures or videos of the room, which would have substantiated our findings. We stand by our assessment that the issue was not as you described.
Additionally, we would like to address your behaviour during your stay. Multiple guests and staff members reported disturbances emanating from your room, and your conduct was widely described as unruly and disruptive. We were also informed by your taxi driver that you exhibited inappropriate behaviour at the reception. As a hotel, we take the comfort and well-being of all our guests very seriously, and such behaviour is neither expected nor tolerated. We request that you treat our staff with the same respect as we extend to all our guests.
Regarding the food, we offer a standard buffet, which includes a three-course meal, and it is designed in line with eco-tourism principles. Unlike large city hotels, we cannot afford to waste food, particularly in a region like Kaziranga National Park, where sustainability is a key concern. Our buffet is reasonably priced at ₹800 per person, which you declined to pay. We are unable to provide an à la carte menu for dinner, as per your request, and we regret that this did not meet your expectations.
As for your claims regarding water shortages, we have clear and accurate records from our water system logs, which show that the water levels in our tanks were consistently above 50% throughout your stay. There was no temporary water shortage, as you have falsely stated. We take great care in managing resources to ensure that all guests are properly served, and there was no disruption to the water supply during your time here.
Finally, while we understand that you were dissatisfied with your stay, it is important to note that your conduct and false claims do not reflect the values we uphold at our resort. We strive to provide excellent service to all our guests, and we regret that you did not have a pleasant experience. However, we cannot condone the behaviour and false accusations you have made. We encourage you to approach future stays with a more positive and respectful attitude.
We trust that this response will clarify any misunderstandings and put your review into proper context.
Sincerely,
The Management Team
